This bench-mounted polishing machine makes light work of buffing small to medium-sized metal items before or after electroplating, and serves as a useful tool to those who are limited to brush plating, due to the fact that objects need to be shiny to begin with when using a brush plating method.
This polisher makes light work of buffing out oxidation and scratches and leaves surfaces with a glossy sheen. A great addition to the garage of diy-enthusiasts and to crafting workshops.
Comes complete with: 2 loose leaf mops, 1 bar of rouge wax and a guide to polishing / buffing.

Preparation
To begin the buffing process, generously apply rouge to the loose-leaf mop. It is important to ensure the mop is well coated for optimal results.
Buffing Process
Hold the item firmly in place against the rotating wheel. Maintain this position until you notice that the item is starting to become hot.
Once the item has warmed up, you can then move it around against the wheel. Moving the item before it reaches this temperature will prevent proper polishing and may result in wax being smeared across the surface rather than achieving a smooth finish.
Wheel Orientation and Safety
The bite point—the area where the wheel exerts the most effective pressure—is located at the bottom of the wheel and pulls away from you during operation. Always be mindful of this to maintain control and achieve the best polishing results.
